Κωνσταντίνος Κακαβούλης

Konstantinos is an LL.M. lawyer specializing in International Law and Human Rights. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Athens and an LL.M. on Public International Law and Human Rights from the University of Utrecht. He is co-founder and Board Member of Homo Digitalis, the first and only hitherto digital rights organization in Greece. Having previously worked at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, he is currently based in Athens, working on various projects with a view to enhancing the protection and promotion of human rights in the digital age.

His areas of interest include, among others, freedom of online expression and pluralization in the Internet, safeguarding of the right to privacy and free access to knowledge and information.
