Max Imbiel

Max has over 15 years of experience in IT and Information & Cyber Security and he is the Deputy Group CISO at N26, one of the fastest-growing mobile banks in Europe. He is responsible for leading the ICT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Training and Security Awareness functions, as well as being a Security Ambassador for the company.

His mission is to help and guide N26 in achieving cyber resilience and security excellence, by designing and implementing secure and compliant solutions, building and managing expert security teams, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and educating and empowering employees and customers on security best practices.
